We ordered Jain chali but never received roti in them. When we called them they said wait sir let me ask the worker who have delivered the items to yoh but we never received the call later. When we again ask them what happened they said don’t know what happened sir you can order roti from the irctc catering. And said they are going to give us refund. Abhi khud hi socho agar train ka khana mangana hota toh order hi kyu harte. Mat mangana khana was 3rd class. Please don’t order from here. We ordered three Jain thalis, but none of them included chapatis. When we asked for a refund, they promised to give it to us, but we never received it.
