I recently ate at New Shanti Restaurant and had a mixed experience. The food was good - the flavors were authentic and the portions were good. I particularly liked the paneer tikka and the garlic naan. However, the service was a little slow and our order took a long time to arrive, even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. The ambiance is simple and clean, but nothing special. It's a good place for casual dining, but it doesn't have the warmth or attentiveness that would make it memorable.
