The restaurant serves delicious food (pure veg) with lots of options. The staff are very well behaved. Both AC and Non-AC dining halls are available. They also take bulk orders for parties. This review is genuine. What happened to me should not happen to you. That's why I have shared my worst experience of Shubh Sagar restaurant. So plz be aware friends. I have visited this restaurant before. Earlier it was very good but now it has become the absolute worst. When I ordered pav-bhaji, there was a mosquito in our food. Before taking my video the staff took away my plate. But still I did not react much. Then I ordered chole bhature. Usmai also came there. Then the main manager there, who else and I don't know, told him. Then he started arguing with me by raising his voice. He told me to eat the food after seeing that much of it in the plate then he started arguing with me. I told them that there was a mosquito in the pav-bhaji but still I did not react. Then he started telling me that it is a rainy day, what should I do if I go to Gir Then my mom said, let’s go, now we will not eat here. Then that morning there was that person from the ocean who was arguing with me. He started shouting to his waiter staff that he was going to go. That man was over attitude and over smart. They don't know how to talk to customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
