The creative staff welcomes visitors all year round. Fast service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this spot. Here you will pay affordable prices. As a lot of reviewers remark, the ambiance is homey.

Best Pani puri ever, we go here twice a week. Till date in Bangalore it has best samosa from all the places I have tried, good chola Bhatura. Pls try their Pani puri love it

One of the most over hyped place in HSR. Havent visited it for years because I felt it might be not worth, Boy was I right!I would call it extreme unfortunate though but I did visited this place over the weekend and we immediately regretted. This place is poorly managed, overly priced and unworthy of your time. It is extremely crowded and they do nothing to manage the crowd, busy making money hence compromising on the comfort and well being of customers.Momos here cost 100 bucks and are served with green chutney. I think this is enough gist about how the food is going to be. Pani puri is expensive too. Basically everything is overly priced.Jalebi and rabdi cost you over 200₹, taste is below average, am okay if it tastes average too, honestly. Mismanagement can be seen perfectly at the jalebi counter where the assigned person just rolls a plastic plate with extremely hot jalebi in air and you have to catch it. Chances are that your hands can burn in an attempt to catch it, which shubh sweets staff doesn’t understand or own it up. This happened with us where my husband burnt his finger literally since the staff passed the plate tilted, all hot jalebis rolled over his hand, reflex of burn skin took control and ofcourse plate full of jalebis fell down. We paid 200₹ for this, yet the staff was blaming us. Also why put plastic plates for hot food? It is so hazardous. Extremely rude staff, larry walas are well spoken but not these guys.We packed some gulab jamuns for home to only find out it was expired , has a very weird sour smell. Our billing had a goof up where we were billed 95₹ extra. Though it is a small amount, imagine them doing it to a 100 customers daily. Unethical practices are something i dont favour and I don’t prefer visiting such places again.Overall, food, management, everything was so bad I would not suggest you to visit this place. Place really needs to up their game .
