5/5 stars! Had a fantastic dining experience here. The quality of food was exceptional, and the Thali was truly amazing. Highly recommend! Server rimi was polite and respectful. I was in a hurry to catch my bus and accidentally left one takeaway parcel behind. Despite the rain, Rimi went out of her way to bring the parcel to me right before my bus departed. Truly outstanding service! Service: 5

Had a very good experience. I had stayed in the hotel with my mom. I had gone for my exam purpose. And the service we received was very wonderful. The staffs are very polite and helpful. The rooms are clean and you get very good amenities here with an affordable rate. Service: 5

I recently visited this restaurant and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience due to the service. The waitress assigned to our table was disrespectful and inattentive. Throughout our meal, she served our plates while talking on the phone and didn’t even offer an apology for her lack of attention. Each time she returned, she simply placed the food down to the corner of the table and without a word or acknowledgment, making us feel neglected. When I finally approached her to politely ask for more attentive service, her response was extremely unprofessional. Instead of taking the feedback positively, she questioned whether she should serve the food or not, with a clear attitude and visible frustration. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and made us feel very uncomfortable. While the food itself was decent, the lack of air conditioning made it unbearably hot and humid inside, adding to the unpleasant experience. Overall, the service at restaurant left a lot to be desired. I hope the management addresses these issues, as the restaurant has potential but is let down by poor service and a lack of comfort.
