Visited Shrimant Misal in Baner on a weekend and had a great experience! Tried their Special Misal served in elegant brass dinnerware — truly a unique touch. The misal was tasty, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. Though weekends are a bit crowded, the staff managed everything well with quick and polite service. The ambiance is clean, traditional, and perfect for a family outing. They also offer a Bhakti Misal, which I’m excited to try next time. A must-visit spot for misal lovers in Pune! Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian

Tried the Misal here—was okay, but not great. The farsan wasn’t crispy, felt like it had been sitting out too long and lost its crunch. The tari (gravy) also lacked flavor and didn’t hit the mark. On the positive side, the plating was done nicely and looks good for Instagram photos, but the taste didn’t match the presentation. We had to wait for 20mins due to weekend. The place is good. The food taste is very good. The misal the perfect spice I personally like the taste. Its value for money with 150 for each thali with unlimited misal. They can may be try and put a person who can note down the names and accordingly allot tables on weekend, but no doubts of food taste.
