To the food now. They have always worked hard to maintain a fine balance between the traditional and the modern cuisines so that 2-3 generations from the same family can and should enjoy the dining experience.
From starters like tandoori chicken to paneer hot pan are awesome in taste. My personal favourite is the Chicken Rosali Kebab. Big chicken chunks are filled with chicken kheema and roasted in tandoor perfectly. It's a must have chicken starter.
The fish ???? recipes are also worth a mention. For those looking for something spicy the Surmai Palta Fry is again a must have. Fresh Surmai fried with traditional masalas just take the tastebuds on a journey worth remembering.
The main course dish that takes the cake is the Gavran Chicken Handi/Curry. Again slightly on the spicy side but worth it. Clubbed with a Garlic Naan it's a unforgettable combo.
The Dal fry or the dal khichdi is the perfect way to sum up a dinner / lunch at this place.
Have been visiting and will keep re-visiting. Keep it up Team Shreeman ????????
