During a recent day trip to Surat to visit my maternal uncle and aunt, I had the pleasure of having their famous locho. Despite a wait time of 20-25 minutes due to a long queue, the experience was well worth it. We ordered the Butter Locho and Cheese Locho, both of which were absolutely delicious. The locho was soft, spongy, and packed with the authentic flavors of Surat.
