Extremely disappointed with the service. My order was delayed significantly, and despite multiple follow-ups, I kept receiving the same scripted response with no real help or compensation. The restaurant delay was acknowledged, but no one was ready to take responsibility or offer a resolution. If customer satisfaction doesn’t matter, why should we continue using the platform? This kind of careless attitude is unacceptable. Highly dissatisfied — won't recommend unless the service improves drastically.
