Yesterday we visited Shree Santosh Family Dhaba, Kukatpally (opposite Lulu Mall), and had a disappointing experience. We ordered veg Manchow soup, crispy baby corn, and chili mushroom. The crispy toppings for the soup were soft and stale, clearly fried long before serving, making them chewy and unappetizing. The crispy baby corn had a foul odor, likely due to reused oil, and the taste was equally bad. The chili mushroom was no better, leaving us extremely dissatisfied. When we asked to speak to the manager, the waiter refused, insisting we go to the cash counter ourselves. After requesting multiple times, someone finally came, but he showed no empathy or concern about the poor quality of the food. To make matters worse, they charged us ₹586/- for food that we couldn’t even eat. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Under the name of Santosh Dhaba, they are serving food that is far from edible. Not even worth a single star rating.
