The best Daal fry of the world. Typical order here is Daal, roti with ghee, papad churi and dahi.. If you love spicy daal, this is the place to go in Jaipur. Have daal at the place if possible. Just ignore all the hygiene issues as all things are freshly made and hot. I have eaten here countless times and I never got food poisoning.
