The Chinese cuisine is nice at this restaurant. Shri Nilayam Kutir is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. You will certainly like the exotic ambiance and spectacular decor. As for the Google rating, this place received 4.5.

The restaurant is bad there is no coriander in lemon coriander soup and no cream in mushroom cream soup naan and tandoori roti wasn't available if I had to eat roti sabzi I would eat it at home.

Staying in this hotel was one of the worst experience that anyone can think of. the hotel overcharged for each and everything. in MMT the price of the hotel has been written as around 4k and we were charged around 6 to 7k for each room. The hospitality of the staff was the worst part. No services will be provided to you after 10pm. even if you need water in emergency you will have to beg for it there. Even the hotel staff stole somethings from us..... They never keep their words. I advice if you are going here then do record everything they say because they will deny it at the end if any conflict occurs. Manager was very very rude. Even the hospitality services of the local 1 star or 2 star hotels is far far better than this one. So my final word of advice is that if you really really want to enjoy your trip then never ever visit Shri Nilayam Kutir. Hotel ka naam hi bada hai but darshan chote hi nahi hai balki lene layak bhi nahi hai. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
