The taste of the food at Govindam Food is good, but the service is extremely poor. You have to wait a very long time for your food even after ordering, mainly because the place is usually very crowded but there are not enough staff members, leading to service delays. Also, the behavior of the person sitting at the billing counter is very disappointing. I heard about an incident where a customer, after waiting for an hour, politely asked about his order, and the billing person sarcastically replied, "You might have to wait another hour."
