My recent visit to Dosa Food Corner was extremely disappointing due to serious hygiene concerns. I observed a staff member washing his hands in the same water used to cool down the dosa tawa, which raises major food safety issues. Additionally, the washed utensils were placed near open drainage water, and it appeared that they were being rinsed without any soap—just using visibly dirty water. The overall cleanliness of the establishment is highly questionable. The area around the food corner was littered with garbage, emitting a strong foul odor. Houseflies were visibly landing on the food, creating a very unhygienic environment. I also noticed that palm oil was being used for cooking, which some people may wish to avoid for health reasons. Given the current state of hygiene, this place poses a serious risk of foodborne illness. I hope the management takes immediate steps to address these issues for the safety of their customers.
