We have been visiting "Hotel Shreyas" for years. But today's visit was a complete disappointment. The old uncle (manager)was found shouting and talking rudely to the customers about the food they wanted. On seeing leftover food, he insulted us by saying loudly, "potacha andajh nahi ala ka ?" in front of all customers. Seriously? I have never found any restaurant staff passing such comments. We are matured adults to know the importance of food and never ever waste any food - be it at home or in restaurants. Honestly, the servers had served much more than what we had asked for and sweet masale bhat was not edible at all. Why customers should trouble themselves by eating what they cannot and should not eat ? Being Punekar, we could have easily given it back to him at much louder voice and arrogance in front of all the customers that undercooked rice (thanak bhat) and sweet masale bhat is not edible at all. But rather than arguing with rude and arrogant people, the best is to stop visiting the place where the manager and serving staff behave as if that they are giving "khairat" to customers and keeps insulting them. This was our last visit to hotel shreyas. Keep showing arrogance and insulting customers .
