Extremely Unhygienic – Found Cockroach in Bhaji (Pakoda) Had a very disturbing experience at Phadake Dining Hall, Pune. While eating, my mother found a cockroach inside the bhaji (pakoda) served as part of the meal. It was not just off-putting—it was shocking and completely unacceptable. We immediately brought it to the staff’s attention, but there was no genuine apology or accountability. They seemed more interested in brushing it off than addressing the issue seriously. For a place that claims to serve traditional Maharashtrian food, this level of hygiene is a major red flag. We’ve visited before, but after this, we’ve completely lost trust in the place. I strongly urge the management to fix their kitchen hygiene before serving another plate to anyone. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Good food. Quick service. Lot of variety.
BUT the Vegetables made are so sweet. One lands up eating the sides than the food.
The owners needs to look into this.
I had gone there for lunch today.
