Pathetic customer service and poor food quality, not standards maintained. We ordered a pizza which came late and was over cooked and had all the pizza sauce burnt on it. On complaining about it to waiter the matter got esclated and manager denied and turned a blind eye on the poor quality of food serverd. We asked to take it away and we will not consume it. But he was persistent that the order would not be cancelled and we have to pay for it. Leading to a heated argument. Total waste of time and money. On top of it we were there will kids and family that was not noticed by the illiterate manager. I would recommend to the management or owner of the hotel to train the staff in customer service and hospitality. I do not recommend anyone to visit this restaurant.
