I was at Ahmedabad to explore the food market. I heard about the Aunty De Parathe and saw the sign board and took notice of being a Punjabi myself. I made a special effort to visit. I was disappointed at this outlet. 1. Poor service 2. Very poor, extremely poor quality of spoons and forks, the cheapest possible. Are they scared of being stolen? You want to say Gunjjus are thieves? It's a total disrespect to you clientele. 3. I ordered Onion Pratha. I was given a pratha which was full of red chilly powder and it was very red. I couldn't go beyond 3 to 4 morsels and called Mr Shatrughan to advise him that before putting in so much red chilly powder I should have been asked if I wanted so much of it. He was kind to replace it. He was very nice, the only feature I enjoyed was him. 4. Staff needs proper training, not labourers as waiters. 5. I can cook better prathas, which means there is a lot of room to improve. 6. Green chatni was poor. 7. Chhaaachh छाछ was very good. 8. To ensure your establishment remains afloat, please pay attention on customer care and the quality of everything. It needs hard work to ensure that your clients come back again & again and that is not easy for you. It's very easy for people who understand the food business and service.
