Had a wonderful experience at Swamisneh Dining Hall in Chinchwad! The place serves authentic Maharashtrian vegetarian food with amazing taste and perfect home-style flavors. The thali was well-balanced — from chapati and bhaji to dal, rice, and sweet, everything was fresh and delicious. The staff was polite and the service was quick. The place is clean, peaceful, and gives a true traditional dining feel. A great spot for family lunch or dinner. Highly recommended for anyone who loves pure and tasty Marathi food! Went there for breakfast today only after confirming if it's atill ON, they confirmed it's open. To our surprise almost all dishes were over, the leftover kinds were kept in the serving bowls. When highlighted the manager assured to refill with fresh servings. We requested for idlis, fresh pav, medi vada and poha. Pav was served in few mins. After 10-15 mins The masala dosa came all cheery, when highlighted it was taken back and ordered to provide fresh and soft ones however even after waiting for another 15 mins no good luck The uttapams were served without any salt in it and again it also was chewy, we happily gave them back informing we are not looking for any replacement of these uttapams We asked them about Poha they said it's in making, no one bothered to check if it was served or not, the idlis came after 30 mins or so fresh, soft and hot ...they were good. We were then asked for chai and coffee...both were ok to consume. Until the bill time we were never served poha, and the items we had were not that great for the money they charge.

The service and food at Shree Swamisneh Dining Hall proved highly underwhelming. The purported Maharashtrian Thali served here was the worst I had ever come across. Every single item was filled with coconut, leaving no authentic taste of traditional cuisine. The selection of vegetables was completely irrelevant to what is normally served at reputed Maharashtrian restaurants. The most appalling part was the hand cleansing area. As footwear is surrendered at the entry, customers are forced to access the hand cleansing area barefoot, making the experience intolerable and unsanitary. The general dining atmosphere diminished the overall experience and left much to be desired. The experience lacked every element of authenticity and refinement that one expects from Maharashtrian cuisine. The establishment displayed disregard for both hygiene and customer satisfaction, rendering the visit a waste of time and money.
