The experience was really bad.We ordered Podi idli in which ghee was missing and it was not soft and chewable! When we complaint about the same ; Mr Subhod Ji told us that we are wrong Humare yaha esi hi banti hai , we have 700 branches hum toh galat bante hi nhi Frankly he don’t know how it is well served The podi is usually mixed with oil or ghee before being tossed with the idli. Thank you for pathetic discussion on your no of branches instead of welcoming feedback from customer Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Staff behavior is quite sporadic. Some of them will behave properly and some of them won't. Also i feel their north indian food is better than south indian. They can alter the menu and add delicious items but i am highly disappointed that they don't alter the menu at all. There is no customization at all. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian

The food was amazingWe ordered 1 masala dosa ,1paneer dosa, 1 plate Singapori chow mine and 1 plate mini idlis The food was simply delectableI would highly recommend this particular Shree Rathnam ,it is far better than other branches.The staff was polite and patient and also served the food happily with a smile ...despite of the chaos.Best vegetarian South Indian restaurant.
