Everything was going well, Food Tastes great, Having fun with Family and suddenly I hear a crack in my mouth. I am frozen as I've experienced something like that before. I quickly spit the food out of my mouth and find this big piece of marbel in there. It surely is small to see with the eye specially if you've ordered their chilli garlic Naan but definitely felt big on my teeth. I quickly checked and a part of my teeth was gone due to this piece of marble in their food . Damage which is irreversible now, I can't grow teeth everyday right? The staff however was quick ans took it to higher ups while apologizing but the person responsible for this outlet and many others from higher management Sunil did nothing but make excuses to dodge the Issue and changed his words in every 2 minutes of the call. No Medical responsibility even. The standard has crashed so low that you can even get hurt with their food. They surely did not take the Money for the Bill from me because obviously but did not even take responsibility for any Medical expenses may occur due to their negligence and lack of quality control. This was pathetic on the side of a food chain like Sagar ratna which I used to refer to all my friends. The person talking was giving excuses like this could happen at home also, the hell that means? Why the hell are you running a business charging for the facilities if you can't keep your food clean? Just very much disappointed with this chain and the outlet. ( The branch staff was good though) Lack of responsibility from the higher management surely. Date - 8th March Update- As the response on my review I reached out through email and It's been 6 days there is no response from their end. They just want to show they care about us Google but in reality they don't.
