I recently ordered a cake from shree radhe bakers, and I was extremely disappointed with what I received. The cake was clearly not fresh—it tasted stale and had a poor texture, nothing like what I expected for the price I paid. When I brought this to your attention, I was met with excuses instead of a solution. Telling a customer “it’s fresh” when it clearly isn’t is not just unhelpful—it’s disrespectful.
