Extremely disappointed by the unethical practices at this shop. As someone whose family and I have frequently purchased from here, this was truly disheartening. On two separate occasions, I personally witnessed deceptive and careless behavior: First, I was served tea made by mixing two portions from different cups and told it was “fresh.” I can't confirm whether it was leftover, but it was already sitting out before I arrived — meaning it was either exposed or possibly reused. When I asked for a fresh cup, the shopkeeper agreed — but then poured the rejected tea back into the main container. Possibly to serve me or others again. I had already paid, so maybe he assumed I wouldn't refuse. But I did. I rejected both the tea and the refund, because some things just aren't worth compromising on. Second, a friend was served a cold drink from a glass bottle that cracked while being opened. A shard had broken off from the rim — a clear life risk — yet the drink was casually poured into a paper glass and handed over, with no concern shown. This isn’t about money. It’s about trust. Basic food hygiene and integrity are non-negotiable, especially for a place that serves snacks, sweets, and meals to the public — including students. If this is how things are handled in front of customers, one can only imagine what happens behind the scenes. I genuinely have no expectations from the owner to reflect on this, since he was directly involved in both incidents. I hope this review helps others stay cautious and make safer, more informed choices. People deserve better.

Place is good for a quick chai or snacks BUT something to ensure is if you are getting a fresh tea or ‘half cup stale’ from an old soiled CUP.

They are an extremely unprofessional bunch who even on Mondays have no clue on how to run their business lol. The management and the owners have lax and sluggish attitude. Their hired staff is untrained. Why do they take orders online on Zomato if they can't deliver half of the food items and the half of them that they deliver are cold? So dissatisfied because I enjoyed their dhoklas a lot, my entire family did but it's a shame that the owners, management and staff don't have an ounce of professionalism. I will NEVER EVER order from them again and will tell my foodie family to do the same. These people are a waste of time and a blot on food industry of Bhopal. They do not deserve a single paisa. Do better or close down your resturant if you are this bad at running it
