Very disappointed with my recent order from Shree Krishna Rasoi (Alwar). I received the wrong item, and the food that arrived was too smally and not eatable. It completely spoiled my dinner.I contacted Zomato support immediately, but instead of quick help, I got an automated reply saying it may take up to 72 hours to respond — that’s too long for a food issue!I expected better service and faster resolution from Zomato.Please improve your order quality, accuracy, and customer support response time.
