I’ve visited several branches of this restaurant, but this particular branch is very disappointing. Many items on the menu were unavailable, and the staff was unresponsive. Based on my experience today, I strongly recommend that the franchise owner investigates this branch’s performance, as it could harm the reputation of the other locations.
