Subject: Serious Concern Regarding Staff Behavior and Hygiene

Dear Janani Veg Restaurant Team,

I have been a loyal customer for a long time and frequently visit your restaurant. Even when I dine alone, I always order multiple dishes and make it a point to try the unique items you display at the cash counter. I genuinely appreciate the variety you offer.

However, I am very disappointed with the experience I had today during lunch. I ordered two dishes, as I usually do. One was served properly, but the second dish was given to me in a bowl without a plate. When I politely requested that it be served on a plate instead, your kitchen staff responded rudely—he threw the Plate on the slab and told me to assemble I was the only one asking for a plate, implying I was being unreasonable.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially during busy hours. If your staff is unable to handle customer requests respectfully, it reflects poorly on your restaurant.

Moreover, I’ve noticed multiple times that your kitchen staff do not wear gloves, which is a clear violation of FSSAI guidelines. Food safety and hygiene should be a priority, and repeated ignorance of these standards is concerning.

I have raised similar complaints in the past but have not received any response. Please take this as a final warning. If I encounter such behavior again, I will not hesitate to report it directly to FSSAI.

I had been to an event here at Shree Janani Veg for a birthday party and must say the taste and quality of the food was really great. Located on main roads of Rajajinagar 1st block which makes it easy for people to locate. The BMTC and metro station to this place are walkable and very convenient for people to attend if there are any events. I had been to the party hall on the 1st floor which can occupy people up to 100 at max on a moving crowd. If everyone is coming together which will make the place look really bad as the food and party hall are at the same place. I also suggest management to place a board telling on which way the party halls are located. They also have a party hall at 2nd floor as well but not sure about the dimension of that place. Overall a good experience at this venue. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Vegetarian Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian
