Compared to all hotels in this area balajee bhavan is the best and good quality is too good. But sweet, they need more improvement in this area. Affordable price. In this fake food review world there exists one of the good restaurants in Chennai and that is Balajee Bhavan. I have visited to this restaurant several times and had most of their Tiffin items. We recently had dine dinner at Shri Balaajee Bhavan and informed the cheif waiter for a cholapuri parcel after we had our dinner the parcel was handed over to us. (the price BILL was Rs.85). When we reached home and opened the parcel we found a plain dosa with white channa sidedish. When I called the hotel a lady took and said sir we don't have a delivery guy so we cannot replace it In return she reduced the bill amount by cholapuri - Dosa = Rs.15 and transferred 15 rupees to my gpay account. Please note the mistake is on you and total refund should have been done on your side to us. This approach is not acceptable and it looks like this type of error is happening often.
