Extremely Disappointed – Worms in Sweets! I am absolutely shocked and disappointed with my recent purchase from Laddu Gopal (MVP branch). I bought almond balls, anjeer sweets, and dry fruit halwa, only to find worms in the sweets! Initially, I noticed a stale taste and considered letting it go, but finding worms in food is completely unacceptable and a serious health hazard. To make matters worse, when I tried to contact the store, there was no response over the phone. This is beyond negligence—it’s a matter of food safety and public health. I had even gifted some of these sweets, which is deeply embarrassing and concerning. Upon realising the issue, I had to urgently ask my friends to discard them to prevent any health risks. I never expected such poor quality and lack of responsibility from Laddu Gopal. This is not something a business can get away with, and I urge the management to take immediate action to maintain hygiene and food safety standards. Consumers trust your brand, and this experience has completely shattered that trust. I strongly advise others to check their purchases carefully before consuming. If the store does not take accountability and improve its standards, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this issue to the food safety authorities.
