On 03/08/2025 went to celebrate the beautiful spirit of Friendship Day, a lively group of 22 people – spanning 8 lovely families – came together for an unforgettable evening of joy, togetherness, and food. We hit the road in 4 cars, enjoying a scenic long drive that led us to one of Gift City's peaceful pockets – the charming Shree Akshar Garden Restaurant. Ambience & Atmosphere Nestled amidst a calm, open-air setting, the restaurant welcomed us with its simple, garden-style vibe. While the natural surroundings added to its charm, the place could use a few improvements – namely better lighting and a solution for mosquitoes to truly complete the experience. Our Culinary Journey The food, however, was where the evening truly shone! Here's what we indulged in: Tomato Soup – hearty, warm, and comforting Hot & Sour Soup – a total standout: bold, spicy, and full of zest Hara Bhara Kebab – crisp and perfectly seasoned, especially with the fresh green chutney Manchurian Dry – crunchy, flavorful, and perfectly coated ️ For mains, we enjoyed a rich North Indian spread: Tandori Roti Veg Hyderabadi Veg Jaipuri Paneer Lababdar Jain Veg Jaipuri – a highlight for those preferring pure vegetarian fare Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, brimming with authentic flavors and served hot. We wrapped up with a cool, refreshing glass of Chaas, a simple yet satisfying finish. Highlights & Ratings Food Quality: (4.3/5) – Mouthwatering flavors, well-portioned, and satisfying Jain Food: – Fresh, clean, and exceptionally tasty Service: ½ – Polite staff, though service was a bit slow due to short staffing Ambience: – Peaceful but could improve with lighting and mosquito control Despite minor hiccups in service and ambiance, the evening was a resounding success – full of laughter, delicious food, and lasting memories. Very nice place for food, family function and huge parking facilities. If you are comming in Gandhinagar take Dinner once.
