The dining experience at Sholla was exceptional. Mr. Vikas provided an informative overview of the venue, highlighting the desert tent theme and the curated artwork on display. Service began with a refreshing welcome drink and papad served with excellent garlic and mint chutneys. The main course, Gosht Nehari paired with Bajra Roti, was exemplary. The dish demonstrated culinary precision; the meat was perfectly tender and prepared with a subtle, balanced spice profile. The meal concluded with chaas (buttermilk) and paan. This was one of the finest meals we have experienced, thanks to the chef Mr Jaypal singh. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
