I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Even after clearing all our bills and checking out, they stopped us at the main gate and demanded more money, using abusive language. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid this place if you want a peaceful and hassle-free stay. Service: 1
