Nice Chaat. Loved its slightly sweet Dahi Bhalla. The Aloo Tikki was crispy. However for me hallmark of a good chat shop is its paani of goolgappa. The Shivam Chaat also known as Janardan, stood its ground on golgappa's pani. Awesome taste if its spicy water. It has that delicate balance of salty, tandy ans spicy.
