Shiva's mess is one of the better economy restaurants in the area - no gimmicks, just good clean food and simple straightforward service. And one of the few places where the people made me feel like I'm welcome - I FELT like a paying customer - which I think is a result of the staff themselves being paid well - they seem satisfied - I have found the staff in most places to be angry/unhappy. All in all, a well-rounded experience - if you want a clean, satisfying lunch at a reasonable cost - Shiva's mess is a safe bet. Rotis, puliyogarai, sambar, curd rice, all good. a natural food that we can't find anywhere else. This is such a nice unique restaurant where we can get ashram foods and healthy foods .
