Today we’re traveling to Uttarakhand, on our driver’s recommendation we stopped at Shiva Dhaba by Mama Yadav. We ordered Aloo and Pyaz Parathas, which are full of flavours. The condiments they serve with the parathas—like butter, spicy pachranga and sweet lemon pickles, and garlic chutney are incredibly delicious and complement the parathas perfectly.

In terms of beverages, we ordered Kulhad Tea, which was excellent. The washroom is super clean with proper hygiene management, and the ambiance is cool and happening. My overall experience at Shiva Dhaba is awesome, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling towards Uttarakhand. Take a break here; you won't be disappointed.
I’m giving 5 stars for the quality, quantity and taste of the food. We were well served by Mr. Hari Shankar Tiwari.
