Capativated by the ambience in the dining area, i went in to have some good food. However, disappointed slapped me with the first bite i took. I had ordered, butter garlic nan and matar paneer. First coming to the nan, inspite of being named "Butter" garlic nan, it was only garlic nan as they didn't apply any butter on it, not only this but also the garlic on the nan were unpeeled and this ruined the entire experience. Now coming to the matar paneer, they had served it with raw half slice of tomato and cucmber on it. This ruined the presentation of the food, upon taking the first bite i realized that any roadside dhaba of kolkata serves much better food. Matar paneer was definitely much below average and also not to forget the pricing of the food which is quite hefty as per the food they serve. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Visited Hotel Shiv Samrat in Thane recently. The food was decent, nothing extraordinary but passable. However, the service was a big letdown — the waiters were not at all responsive or attentive. We had to keep calling them multiple times for even basic things. The overall atmosphere of the place also didn’t feel inviting or pleasant. Needs serious improvement in service and ambiance to match up with the food quality. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Such a worst experience about Food Item... I've ordered Paneer Sathe....paneer size like big loaf of Paneer and also not properly cooked... Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian options: Bad experience
