Extremely disappointed and appalled with the service at shiv Sagar hotel. We ordered strawberry and mango ice cream for our kids after dinner. To our horror, when I checked the strawberry ice cream, it expired in Feb 2025, which means it was already 6 months past its expiration date! When I expressed my concern and warned them about the potential harm to my child, their nonchalant response was that "nothing would happen". This attitude is unacceptable. It's shocking that they're knowingly serving expired food to customers. A special appeal to FSSAI and food safety authorities: Please take note of this incident and ensure that hotels and restaurants adhere to strict food safety protocols. It's crucial to protect the health and well-being of consumers, especially children.
