Absolutely pathetic service & experience. We booked 2 rooms of same tariff but after reaching, they offered us 2 different categories of rooms. Reason shown was that other rooms are under renovation & those were the only options available. We paid same for both the rooms but got 1 smaller & degraded room. Then came the main fiasco, in our room geyser was not working, so we were shifted to another room. Then, in that room, the door lock was broken & no basic facilities like water bottles, pillows, mosquito liquidators were given. There were only 2 staffs present & they went to sleep at 11pm & we had to call them multiple times just to get a bottle of water. To add to the agony, we didn’t get water in our washrooms next day early morning & we were supposed to take shower & go out for Puja. We used drinking water just to freshen up. There was no one to address this water outage issue. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered. We had 2 days booking in this hotel & they cancelled our 2nd day booking even without letting us know. We had to find another hotel at the last moment & shift there. This hotel is not safe & suitable for family trips. Service: 1

We stayed 2 days and , it was nice experience the view from hotel is very pleasant, if you are looking for relaxation and peace you can come and enjot the sunrise and sunset from the property. Service: 5
