The energetic staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. The fine service is something these restaurateurs care about. Hotel Shiv Mahal started well off; however later on they have become average in hospitality and food. It's a pity they cannot even share a friendly smile and talk with the customers over food and service. They need to learn from the nearby restaurant Munch and More that is top-notch in hospitality, food and ambiance. It's important to treat the customers not as money making machines but as human beings with whom you establish good rapport. Overall average. Needs improvement. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
