Danish and French cuisines under the direction of the great chef are gorgeous at this place. According to some reviews, new york cheesecakes are perfectly cooked at Shiro Roastery. Enjoy great iced coffee, espresso or bubble tea.
The positive aspect of this place is that the staff is terrific. Fast service is something guests agree upon here. Medium prices are not suitable for this this spot. From the visitors' point of view, the atmosphere is homey. Google gives it 4.5 so you can choose Shiro Roastery to have a good time here.

Shiro Roastery is located at Walford road, Dimapur and it can be easily spotted as it stands out with its cosy and inviting silhouette in the shroud of the concrete and uninspired commercial buildings and landscapes surrounding it. The place itself is just right for casual cafe hopping and the interiors are modern and minimal which brings out a clean aesthetic. The noise and ambience is just right that you realise every one around but you can still hear your own conversation at the table. The coffee however isn't the best in town but it would be wrong to say it is bad. The food options aren't as varied, but they do a decent job of satisfying and complementing your beverage of choice. The food presentation also has a charm to it. The prices aren't astronomical and they also offer a range of entertainment in the form of books to pick out from the shelves. The staff is friendly and the place itself has a very cordial vibe to it. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: ₹400–600

I loved this cafe in Dimapur. The aesthetics were stunning, and it had a beautiful vibe. The hazelnut cold coffee was so good that I ended up having two. However, the chicken puff was too oily for my taste. I spent a few hours relaxing at the cafe and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place was always hyped so me and my friend thought of visiting yk just for a quick bite and yap. I got the Americano and the way it came in a wine glass was the first strike, I get it, aestheticism and all but being conventional is also not that bad, second strike was the cake my friend ordered, see we're big fans of cake and there's nothing wrong if you cant bake but don't make something so atrocious and sell it for a high price. The cake was not moist it was wet, like imagine being served cake soaked in sugar water( sugar water not syrup) the frosting was too sugary and it had no aspect of a black forest which it was supposed to be, I mean there might be more items in their menu but how did they mess up the most basic orders of a café. Ambience was fine but service was very plain, I mean nothing wrong with that but the coffee was nothing amazing too, for a cafe that prides itself for its coffee, the simplest americano was underwhelming? I've had better in Cafe Captain americano or even bistro. Tbh this is a very biased review cause it's been based on very few items from the menu but it felt like people just go there for it's ambience Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
