Absolutely disappointing experience. We went to Chinese wok at Shipra mall (Indirapuram) for a dine-in meal, but the staff was shockingly rude from the moment we walked in. What made it worse was the complete lack of communication — no one informed us about their closing time before taking our order and payment. Only after we paid did they rudely tell us that dine-in was no longer available and they would only pack our order for takeaway. If they had simply informed us upfront, we would have gladly gone somewhere else. Instead, we were treated poorly and left feeling frustrated and unwelcome even the staff was laughing at us even the cashier named Vinay was laughing along with the staff. Customer service here is seriously lacking — we won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.
