Paneer they serve its not a real Malai Paneer. It's low quality cheap local panner which is not good for health.chicken bharta is okay now wow

So during Puja we visited this outlet of Shimla Biryani as it was my favorite since it opened this place. However, just like my any other visits here I choose this place in late at night during Puja very confidently knowing it's the best in what it does. I was very surprised when we got the food as it was surely not what we're expecting after a long queue. The butter Naan we ordered was very chewy & served cold. Clearly seemed it was made long before . The mutton biryani which was supposed to be a show stopper totally disappointed me that day as the rice used was very poor in quality than what it naturally serves & the rice had that weird damp smell & I really don't how to describe it. We ordered one special mutton biryani. The rice quantity was decent but one of the pieces of the mutton wasn't satisfactory. The beverages served were not chilled or atleast cold. I specifically called them & shared the issue. Then someone from the mocktail counter came & added ice to both of the beverages I ordered. I never thought Shimla biryani would disappoint me this much. I never ate this quality here before. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
