one side of the straw was outside the packing, which was not hygienic during transportation. Hence only 1 star for boba tea. if not, I will give 3 for taro and 4 for choco bubble

As a regular customer from Shifu's momos, I cannot explain my horror of finding a hair from the momos. I wouldn't even have noticed the hair, if I wasn't mindful. I cannot believe I fed this to my family. I am utterly disappointed and disgusted.
