Extremely disappointing experience at Shetty lunch home. The moment we stepped in, we were hit with a terrible odor that only got worse as we sat down. To our horror, we spotted a rat scurrying under our table! The lack of proper lighting made the experience even more unpleasant, with the entire place being unnecessarily dark. The building itself looks like it's been neglected for years, with outdated decor and an overall sense of neglect. We didn't even bother to order and left immediately due to the unhygienic conditions. Considering the unsanitary environment, I would strongly advise against dining here." Service: 1
