Really disappointed by their rude behavior Well Renovated interior, food ,service everything was good .... Except the behavior of a staff Actually these people have devided 2 a/c hall for family with lady or girls and another a/c hall for men's Unfortunately & unknowingly we have entered to the a/c hall which they call it a family hall with ladies only. Actually most of the time if some guests enters to their hotel its their duty to receive the guests & to show where to sit but instead of doing his duty properly the staff came to us and told us to go out from that hall even his behavior, words ,body language also was like a bouncer... Hotel management have to train their staff to respect their guests Food: 3 Atmosphere: 3
