I had a very disappointing experience. I waited 40 MINTUES for my food, only to find out that the waiter had never even placed my order with the kitchen. What’s worse, he told me this with a smile, and only after I asked about the delay myself. This kind of service is completely unacceptable — wasting nearly an hour of my time without any responsibility or apology. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
