I visited this place 2 days back with my wife (24th Feb) and I ordered 1 ginger honey tea, 1 cappuccino and 1 Exotic pizza. Pizza got served after a wait of 30 mins. Cheeze was overcooked forming a solid thick layer that was meant for chewing. Paneer wasn't original or it was something else. Crust had very less or no salt. Even adding salt, oregano, chilly flakes and sauce couldn't help. Overall the pizza was so pathetic that we couldn't even eat 3 slices. Upon giving feedback to the staff, they fired back on us with a compete denial. After 10 mins of heated argument, manager agreed to waive 200 rupees. It ruined my day completely. It would be better to avoid this place. I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to try SHESH BESH, OLD MANALI. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
