Feast - Sheraton is pretty near Maulana Azad National Urdu University. Mediterranean food is nice at this place. Food delivery is a big plus of this restaurant. Google users who visited Feast - Sheraton state that the most suitable mark is 4.
Disappointing Experience Where Money Overshadowed Hospitality at Feast - Sheraton I recently visited Feast at Sheraton for a late lunch, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. We decided to sit at a comfortable spot near the food counter to accommodate our 1-year-old toddler. We barely started with a couple of starters when a staff member casually mentioned that the buffet would be closing soon. He didn’t specify a time, so we assumed it was just an early notice. But suddenly, at 3 PM, all the food was cleared away! I had just begun my main course, and my wife was still working on the starters. When I asked the server, he claimed they had informed us the buffet would close soon—but no one mentioned a time. Later, they even insisted that the front desk had already told us the buffet would close at 3 PM, but the truth is, no one informed us at all. It was clear they realized the miscommunication, but the manager’s attitude was condescending. Instead of acknowledging the issue, he asked, “What do you want?” as if offering us free food was a generous favor. I requested a small portion of veg biryani, which they provided, but when I asked how I’d be billed, they explained they’d charge me for one person since the full buffet wasn’t available. That made sense at the time. However, when the bill came, they charged me for two people. When I questioned this, a waiter’s response was that I’d get a discount through Zomato anyway, as if that justified the poor service! This experience reflects poorly on the Sheraton brand. The service was not only unprofessional but also blatantly money-minded. Sadly, it was clear that financial gain had overtaken basic hospitality, and that’s not what I expect from a reputed hotel chain. Due to this disappointing encounter, I’ve decided to pass on their membership program as well. It’s unfortunate that what could have been a positive relationship was tarnished by such disregard for customer care.
