Average food quality. The pictures are of samose chole, we go here normally to have kasala tea. Good place for college students otherwise not so great. Just an average food point but a number of food options are available. Never very crowdy.

Worst experience we had today while came for dinner here at 9pm. Came with my 62 yrs old mother & two kids. Got a table after 45 minutes waiting at the alfresco sitting near gents toilet. The bengali waiter was too busy running as he was working without a brain!!!
I had to request a persin from the owners side to give the orders. Atleast when the guy took order at 10pm, he started taking the orders of other 3 tables who had not even decided what to eat!!
When asked, he replied in a rude manner that I can complain to anyone, but he will take the whole tables order, then place. I didnt understand, tables who came 20 minutes after us, how can we get food with them!!!!
This is somwrhing I have learned for tge 1st time!! My big question is why wont the order of 1st come 1st serve tables would be placed!!! Why qould I wait for other tables orders and the KOTs would be placed together!!!
I have been very freequent to this place, but now I would think twice to come back....

Worst restaurant worst service can't even give a single star for such a shitty service ..i request everyone no one to order from this place...the restuarnt owner has not even given his or her number even no customer care contact is available ..services half cooked roti wrapped in newspaper instead and received only garvy of butter chicken with 2 pieces in full plate
