Had a very disappointing experience at Sher Bengal Hotel. We ordered chicken biryani, but it was served completely cold. When we informed the staff, they didn’t take it seriously and showed very unprofessional and rude behavior. The service was poor and unresponsive. Overall, it felt like a waste of time and money. Definitely not coming back. Would not recommend based on this experience. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
