Staff don't know about the online payment practices, filled petrol via online payment transaction was complete by my side, they always have problem in their online system ,told me you will get refund in 10-15 minutes but never got ,after that now they are telling you have to go to bank.Completely poor irresponsible staff!

The best Shell. Polite and helpful staff, specially during late hours. It is always open but only remains closed for 10-15 mins at midnight.
